EARL Canteen - Serving It Up With ThinkEco

Since opening their doors last year, EARL Canteen in Melbourne have been delighting customers by serving up their famous restaurant quality sandwiches in biodegradable and compostable clam-shell boxes by ThinkEco.

While the boxes are almost as popular with clientele as the eatery’s signature ultra-gourmet sangas, according to owner Simon O’Reagan it’s the boxes’ superior quality, not just their green credentials, that’s winning over the crowds.

“People really like the look and feel of them,” Simon says. “They’re far better quality than other flimsy packaging alternatives. And the fact that they’re environmentally friendly is a bonus.”
